   2. Up to 50 words of description about your publicity services and specialties (up to 4 sentences)
   3. A 125x125 graphic, photo, or logo
   4. A live link back to your website (Search Engine Optimized to help pass “Google juice” back to your site and increase your site’s SEO, too.)
   5. One time promotion of your agency on our blog, to our worldwide email list, Twitter followers, and on our Facebook page.

2. Level Two - Recommended Publicity Services:  These PR firms are listed in alphabetical order below the Featured box listings explained above.  Each Recommend Publicity Service listing allows you to display:

1. Your Company Name
2. Up to 25 words about your publicity services and specialties (2 sentences)
3. A smaller 80x80 graphic, photo, or logo
4. A live link back to your website (Search Engine Optimized to help pass “Google juice” back to your site and increase your site’s SEO, too.)
5. One time promotion of your agency on our blog, to our worldwide email list, Twitter followers, and on our Facebook page.

This listing costs $29 set-up plus $14/month.  (You can cancel anytime in your Paypal account or simply by emailing us.)

3. Level Three - FREE PR Firm Listings:  If the options above don’t appeal, qualified publicists and PR firms can also receive a free promotional listing in exchange for a link back to RadioGuestList.com. 

These alphabetical listings include your firm name and 1 short sentence about your services with a link back to your website.

1. Cost:  FREE in exchange for a link back to RadioGuestList.com.  (required)
2. No logo, email blast, or social media promotion.
3. To obtain your free PR firm listing please place a link to RadioGuestList.com on your site using the phrase “Free Radio Guest Interviews Booking Service” to link to our home page. (You are welcome to use our logo also but please include the text link, too.)
4. After you have placed your link, email us at “links @ radioguestlist.com”.  Use the subject line “Free PR Firm Link Listing” and include the URL of the page where our link is placed and your firm's name and short 1 sentence description.

How Advertising Your PR Agency Works

After  you submit your ad copy and logo using our easy Sponsorship Submission Form, you will be directed to PayPal to make payment with your credit card.  Please note that there is both an initial set-up charge and a monthly recurring charge for maintaining your ad on RadioGuestList.com. 

You can cancel your listing with us anytime simply by logging into your PayPal account to cancel.  Or you can email us directly at ads@radioguestlist.com.

After we have received your complete ad info and payment, it usually takes us 3-5 business days to post new listings.

4. Level Four - Email Sponsorship:  We also are now accepting sponsors for our most popular "Guest Request" emails (not for the Featured Guest Expert, Alerts, or sponsored emails).

Top Sponsor:  For $199/month one sponsor will receive a 2 line blue-colored text placement at the top of every Guest Request email (approximately 12 per month).  This placement says "This email sponsored by YOUR FIRM NAME HERE, specialists in X, Y, and Z (of your choice)." This 1-2 sentences includes a live link back to your website.

Bottom Sponsor:  For $99/month a sponsor receives a promotional notice at the bottom of every Guest Request email.  This notice says "Thanks to YOUR FIRM NAME for sponsoring today's email.  Contact them for X,Y, Z services." This text includes a live link back to your website, too. 

We can accept minor variations on these ad text examples or a 468x90 graphic banner for either of these placements if you’d prefer that to text.

If the sponsorship slot is available, your sponsorship will start appearing in our newsletters later the same week or we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
